Place your hand inside the glove(s). Wet body and wet gloves. Apply your favorite cleanser or body wash directly to gloves. Exfoliate and cleanse by rubbing gloves together to create a rich lather and rub your gloved hands all over your body.

Rinse your gloves well and squeeze out any excess water. For best results, replace your scrubber every 60 days
